Most somatic approaches rush people into depth without building the container that makes depth safe. We do the opposite: build capacity first, then go deep.

This 2.5-hour immersive experience strengthens your nervous system's ability to hold sensation, process emotion, and regulate under activation - using light technology, sound alchemy, and advanced somatic protocols.

You'll leave with internal resources installed in your body. Not concepts. Felt capacity your system can access when you need it.

  • Opening: Light + Sound (45 min)
    Tina's Lucia N°03 hypnagogic light technology and Henrietta's crystal alchemy singing bowls shift your nervous system from activation into receptivity. This creates the neurobiological conditions where capacity-building becomes possible.

    Center: Advanced Somatic Integration (60 min)
    Kara weaves Resource-Informed EMDR, attachment-focused frameworks, and nervous system regulation protocols based on what each body needs in real time. Non-verbal processing. No story-sharing required. Just your system learning it can hold more.

    Closing: Integration (45 min)
    Light and sound return to seal the capacity work into your body's memory. Your nervous system learns: this is what support feels like, and it's always available.
