    Sunday Reset was created to teach the how.

    How to process what your body is holding.
    How to release without needing words.
    How to sleep Sunday night and wake Monday with capacity instead of dread.

    Through The Shift Method, we guide your nervous system using bilateral tapping, breathwork, and body-based processing that targets where stress actually lives. Not in your thoughts. In your body.

    We gather virtually, anonymous, and safe. Your camera stays off for other participants. You process individually in a shared space, guided by Kara Kalin (RCC, EMDR-Certified), experiencing the power of collective healing without exposure, or interaction.

    Bring a glass of water. Wear comfortable clothes. Show up exactly as you are.

    This is not months of therapy or daily meditation practice you won't maintain.
    This is 90 minutes of nervous system processing using WHO-endorsed EMDR science.

    Many participants return weekly, using Sunday Reset as a nervous system ritual that helps them begin the week steady, clear, and grounded.

    You'll be guided through:
    Body awareness exercises – Noticing where stress lives physically

    Bilateral stimulation – Tapping that helps your brain process what's stuck

    Guided visualization – Creating safety and release without words

    Journaling integration – Deeper reflection and anchoring

    Final body scan – Noticing the shift from start to finish


    You don't need to:
    – Explain what happened
    – Talk about your week
    – Interact with other participants
    – Commit to ongoing sessions


    You will experience:
    – Shoulders dropping
    – Chest opening
    – Breathing deepening
    – Jaw unclenching
    – Physical sensation of "weight lifted"
